Talked to Derrick on the phone and met Reed in person. Both of them went above and beyond. Reed especially…holy cow, I’d have been lost without him helping me through the spark plug changeout. Gap size, anti seize, proper removal of the plugs, clearing codes, etc., and allowing me to rent the necessary tools. I turned a $250 - $350 job into a $50 one. On my budget, that’s a godsend. I deeply appreciate it.

I went here tonight (1/5/22) and got outstanding service by Caleb. He helped get me what I needed after making the wrong purchase, with assistance, at AutoZone which is located down the street. He even offered help with wiper replacement outside in cold weather and snowing. Thank you kindly.

The people here seem fine and helpful if you ask for help and aren't being a jerk to the employees. The store is what you would expect from a parts store even in the midst of global shortages of so many materials and shipping delays. It's clean, the prices are standard. It's an auto shop..

What would the core charge be on a 20 dollar water pump

I don't believe they add a core charge for pumps. I believe core charges are for items like batteries where the seller is held accountable for proper disposal/recycling or sir charge toward disposal/recycling sites by local/state/federal laws. Pumps aren't generally made with hazardous materials.
