Verizon's signal is very weak and often non-existent in the Murphy, North Carolina region. Their service is terrible and their prices non-competitive as if they still had a monopoly. I have used AT&T, Verizon and T-mobile. The other two carriers were responsive and reasonable. I would never use Verizon again.

Dylyn is a pro, he listens to your needs and goes about making sure you walk out satisfied plus he really knows his products. I bought a new phone and Nicole took care of everything. My husband and I went in to this store to switch a line from T Mobile to Verizon. Worst experience ever~! Edward W told my husband to erase his phone first without checking if backed up. Couple years back they turned the towers.We live within a mile of one and dropped down to two bars.And the mtns do interfere alot.
