Rushed there before closing to be locked out at 9:50 despite the website and store hours stating 10pm. Was completely ignored as I knocked, nobody could be bothered to tell me they apparently weren’t open but just looked at me through the glass, and associate Eric was rude and offered 0 assistance. First time here in Asheville, won’t return.

This store consistently closes 10-15 minutes before the actual “closing time”. Sign on the door says “closing at 9pm” - I showed up at 8:50 and was denied entrance.

Some great advice I wish was given to me, download the CVS app. It's a time saver and you'll reduce the interactions with pharmacy employees exponentially! Employees can work on filling medications while you can request refills and see the status of said refills. Win win!

No one in pharmacy picks up the phone. I waited 30 minutes before calling back asking for the front store and they informed me that there were 3-4 people there but no one answered??
