They have floor tiles, I don't know about cieling specifically though. They have an excellent Android app, and it will show you inventory in your store of choice. Otherwise, call the local store, ask for the paint department, they can help you.

There is a number on the receipt for the rebate, which has a corresponding rebate form at the store. You fill out the form and mail it with the bottom portion of your receipt to the address it states on the form and they send you the rebate in the form of store credit.
