5 stars to the Dr Perry and her Medical assistant. It was a pleasure to be seen by Dr.Perry. She truly listened to my concerns and made me comfortable. I’m so happy to say I will be back soon. I just wish they were not overbooked and the Dr had more time to talk to patients.

If you don't have insurance they have a discount program that you can apply to depending on your income is how much they charge you.
I don't pay any out of pocket cost. They have programs there that will go off of your income. I would suggest you call and ask about it. With or without it they have very reasonable prices. Probably the best in Phoenix ,as far as price and they will work with you.
