Hello Tammy thank you for the question, 99% of our patients for prefer the online method because it save the time and gas. We do accept cash but if you want to be seen in the office we would then set up the appointment, with Covid still in high numbers we prefer to keep the office to one patient in at a time. If you fill it out online you receive the card quicker and have a great experience!
Such a great question unfortunately the state does not have discounts like we do unless you have EBT food stamps
