It is ridiculous of the length if time you spend on the phone WAiTING for someone to answer your call. One can spend 30 minutes plus waiting snd still nobody answers. Very frustrating!!

Jobservice of North Dakota needs to be scrapped and rewritten, the law makers never had real jobs and they make us wait after reviewing our claim, to decide if we qualify for bennifits that we earned is ours not the states. Finding 4 searches per week is also a scam there isn't that many jobs in rollette county to pick from.

There is a certain rule when you get terminated it all depends upon the caused of it. When I got terminated tardiness and attendance was my weakness at one point I have no call no show but I did showed up and they let me come in to worked.I'm good with patient care and have a bedside manners, but I'm just getting a hard time coming in on time because of my medical condition and few days later that was on a Monday they let me go. So immediately the same day I filed for unemployment and I got approved. To get it approved only the facts.If I chose to quit that moment most likely i will be denied for unemployment benefits. Another thing that I want to point out if you get terminated because you harm the patient whether it's your fault or no fault there are steps to be taken drug test on the spot after that most likely you'll be suspended first they will do an investigation while there waiting for the test results
