They still haven't opened their dining room, even though there is a sign saying that they are open, so I had to sit in line for twenty minutes. The line literally went around the building and to the street. Then, instead of my chicken biscuit I got tough, nasty, over salted country ham.

Stood at the register inside for 20 min this morning before anyone in the store would even speak to me when there was literally nobody else inside the store but there were at least 7 people working behind the counter. Once I did get waited on the women was polite and she handed me my food right after I finally got to order but before that point they would look directly at me but never offered any assistance or even simply said we will be with you in a moment. I would understand if they were busy but they were instead standing around which only added to my frustration.

The store is open or never has what you want. Very bad management needs to be removed out of Hartwell
