I’ve been to see Holden several times, but he most notably helped me with immense back pain I experienced during my pregnancy and he was a miracle worker! Another time I had a muscle spasm in my back (not pregnancy-related) and could barely move/breathe and he got me loosened up and moving again so quickly!! Both times were emergencies and they were able to get me in same-day to stop the pain. This place is like none other!

I went In last week abs was horribly disappointed in the process. They then offered to reschedule me with a different therapist . As I showed up the first thing she asked for was my form of payment . I explained I thought this was a replacement because of the experience I had the week before . She said no we need to pay our employees I understand that however as a potential client one would think they would correct the wrong . I paid 130 plus tipped the other therapist 20 the week before for what I consider a mediocore session the week before . As a person who has run businesses myself this is not how you run a business !! If I could give them a negative number I would . I could have gone to several other places that will give me the results I desire at less then or maybe more but worth the money . This place is horrific !!!! Would absolutely not recommend this place !!!

We're excited to answer your question about the cost of our services! With our trained therapists, your first on-site session is $130. Following that, you'll pay $100 for a 30-minute session and $165 for a 60-minute session. If you'd like to book a 90-minute session, it will cost you $250. Any Elite Home Session is custom, so the price will vary based on what we're working on together. Any sessions with Holden Zalma (Owner) are $420 for the first session. Personal training sessions are $100 per 60 minute session and $175 for 60 minutes duo sessions.
Our therapists work on a wide variety of pain and stress issues including neck pain, shoulder pain, mid back pain, low back pain, knee pain, elbow pain, wrist pain, ankle pain, foot pain, and hip pain. We also work closely with a client's physical therapy team on torn rotator cuff injuries, herniated discs in the cervical and lumbar regions, post hip replacement surgery, post knee replacement surgery, plantar fasciitis, TMJ, headaches, migraines, and more.
Our therapists are trained in a wide variety of massage therapy modalities including deep tissue massage, sports massage, MyoAlign therapy, personal training and therapeutic massage. In addition, our therapists are mobile massage therapists that can assist you in the comfort of your home. This also applies to our personal trainers We have a wide range of clients: from professional athletes to people who have been injured in accidents or other events. Our staff is always ready to help with whatever you need!
