Very cute hidden spot in between a residential area. There is seating in the front of the shop. You walk in to a little deli order your food (via a piece of paper you fill in)and head out the back door to the most tranquil place to grab a quick bite. You have two waterfalls(making it sound so peaceful that you don’t want to leave) one of the waterfalls have coy fish and a turtle. There is lots of shaded seating, a swinging char that easily fits two and plants every where. Showed up on a Tuesday at 11:50 wasn’t too crowded got Melanzane sandwich by 12:15. The bread was good but nothing to it and barley had any eggplant in it. Leaving by 12:30 it had gotten way more crowded inside. Will definitely come back for a coffee or something just to be able to sit in there.

Interesting spot in the middle of a neighborhood. Order food: you get apiece of paper with salad or sandwiches. You make your choices. DONT FORGET TO WRITE YOUR NAME. Place it in the tray. They call your name accordingly. Dining: there’s outside street patio. Then there’s backyard patio. They have a pizza spot that just opened from 4pm-7pm. Food: just go their Italian sub. Super yummy. Parking: street parking in a very tight neighborhood. Good luck. Highly recommend !

Dirty patio with spilled drinks and food on the floors, and disorganized service. Paid $12.99 for a small caprese sandwich added avocado for $1.50 and all I found was a tiny piece of avocado in it, such a rip-off. Never coming back.
