Awful. Poor USPS woman at counter is ringing bell trying to get some help from her coworkers and no one will respond. They are walking behind the counter and blowing her (and the customers) off. The line is out the door. UPS please take Over!

USPS leaves a pink slip in your mailbox. I find they run a day or two later than Amazon. Amazon said my package was at USPS but I didn't get the pink notice until the next day. I took the slip up there the day I got it and was told the package was "on the truck" (so how did Amazon know it was being held?). Had to wait one more day, return to PO, finally got package.

This is a public mail service the 'delivers' the mail. they have stopped doing this at some locations for the general public because like everything it got abused and then the Post Office is a storage facility, which they are not (but sometimes they don't tell the general public their secrets). If you need to have your mail held, you need to go to a private postal service or PO Box that you pay to have the service hold your mail for you.. Hope this helps, have a great day!
