My mother and I came to deliver books (we're published authors!) to those who pre-ordered. While standing inline, this BEAUTIFUL family who happened to be Mexican was standing behind us. The woman behind the desk (she had a short pixie-cut golden hairstyle, black square glasses, and was African American) yelled at them "Are you here for an immigrant pass?" or something in that undertone. Just because they were Mexican, she assumed this. The OTHER woman behind the desk was yelling at a man. He was CALMLY asking her about his letters I believe, and she began yelling at him for NO REASON (mind you he was calm, peaceful, and said "ma'am") "THAT'S ALL I CAN DO FOR YOU SIR," constantly interrupting him. When it was our turn to go, the woman with the pixie-cut hairstyle asked my mom what she was there for. We gave her the books, told them they were paper, and she *THREW* THE PAPER BOOKS 5 FEET AWAY INTO A BIN ON THE FLOOR. When I say THREW, I mean she just PLOPPED them. I would not recommend coming here unless you're Gordan Ramsey in disguise waiting to expose these people. Please don't release your anger onto others who haven't done anything just because you're having a bad day. You have the power to make the day good.

Very Very Poor Customer Service They Never Answer The Phone And Always Act Like Its Not There Job When Something Is Wrong And Issues Need To Be Fixed...They Gets No Star If It Was Up To Me...Cause Some Of The Workers Are Very Very Unprofessional And Really Amazingly Horrible In Representing United States Postal Service.

No mail delivery or pickup for 2 days. Claimed that I didn’t have any mail coming despite USPS informed delivery indicated that I had mail coming both days. I also had outgoing mail in my mailbox and didn’t pick up. Said they don’t pick up if no mail is to be delivered! Btw, my neighbors on both sides didn’t get their mail either. This has been an ongoing problem for the 27 years I have been at this address! No wonder they are going broke!

Avoid this post office at all costs. Rude. Don’t care. Manager walks by while one agent is working a problem with a customer and yells at the line for mail pick up only. No one needs it. She walks off and plays with a box in the lobby. Customers remain standing in line waiting on the one agent. The government needs to close this office and fire the staff here. Pathetic.
