The photo they took for my passport was rejected by the passport office! That should say it all. Should have looked on here before I went to this post office, I would have seen how incompetent they are. This is just one more confirmation. If you want a passport on time, don't come here.

Regularly have packages pass thru this facility and more often than not they SIT here for days or even weeks at a time. Current package arrived at this location on may 17 tomorrow is Sunday may 22 and package still has not left the facility! Get yourselves together! DO BETTER!

Would love to know that answer my package has been at this location for over a week I'm getting fed up I needed it last week when I was promised it would come in but it got stored here for some reason from NY WTH.
If I had to guess it would be either Bluebonnet or Florida st the Bluebonnet location is the one that accept tax returns on April 15th.
Maybe, haven't met anyone that received one yet.
