I was home all day and I need to pick up my package at the postal service. Delivery person doesn’t want to do their job and are fat and lazy causing me to take off time from work for me to go and get it.

Worst post office ever. They never deliver the package. They will never fix the problem here. They don’t care about the community here.
Why is it when u live in a walk up building that the delivery person doesn’t want to walk up the stairs?? Then they say they have no access to the building when they didn’t ring the bell n report no access. I need answers!!

This post office have a set of lying delivery men. Why don't they give up their job if they don't want it to someone who really need the job.

It's horrible. I've had a computer delivered to the wrong apartment, I've had equipment delivered to the wrong apartment and the office itself is filled with rude, horrible people. Everyone complains and yet still nothing is done?

Have anyone had a problem when there mail are not getting delivered to their right address? Because my brother sends me Letters from the navy and I’m never getting them they always sending it back to him and it’s really disappointing.

Depends on what size u need but i know they start off with $16 monthly
I was home when he rung my bell only to have to climb 6 flights to retrieve my package I thought delivery was door to door. The postman has a bad habit of leaving our packages on the first floor where they get stolen which is not cool.

Why is it that when a package is delivered they ring the bell u answer n they leave ur package on the first floor? I was home answered the bell but had to climb down 6 flights to retrieve my package if I’m home it should be delivered to my doorr.

You can also call the post office and speak to Supervisor- or manager. You can also ask that your mail and packages be held for your pickup. Whatever works best for you.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES...I WITNESSED THE POSTAL WORKER PLACE OVER 36 POST IT ON PEOPLE MAILBOXES IN WHICH THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED TO GET ON THE ELEVATOR TO MAKE ANY OF THISE DELIVERIES

It would depend on the size but if it's a standard barrel we dont not ship it .
Where is my mail. My box is broken.some days my first class mail is in the box some days its on the floor some days its no where. Ian a senior and I need my mail in box. Super has not fix box in 2 weeks.

Have your super fix your mailbox immediately. You will not get the regular carrier every day. So sometimes they will put it in the box and sometimes they don't. Get your mailbox fix
