Based on the reviews I was worried about going here but all the staff was super nice and accommodating. I had been misinformed about where my package was but the guy helping me went and looked and when he didn’t find it he called his supervisor to figure out where it was. And apologized for the inconvenience even tho it wasn’t his fault! Super nice!

The worst office ever, they had my package for now 8 days and still didn’t deliver it I went to pick it up and they decided to close the door as soons I get there she said they were close it was almost 5pm she was already standing by the door to close it even though there was a customers inside. Worst company and customer service ever

You could try leaving a note but I don't have a definite answer.
From my experience your going to have to catch the person and it report to the police. They are not going to do much for you. Your better off sending putting your packages on hold and leave at post office to pick up. In order to do this you need to set up an account with them.
