I had to visit this horrid place twice unwillingly because they failed to deliver my pavckage when I was home and just decided to keep it in their postal office. Each time I went I had to deal with this rude African American lady who gave me an attitude out of nowhere and treated me as if I didn’t know the most basic of stuff when I asked her questions. She really went out of her way to insult me. I could have made a scene with her but I didn’t because it was definitely not worth my time. I can assure you that you will not have a good experience with this woman. Try to avoid using this place and if you have to, avoid this woman at all cost. Horrible person. I believe there’s a problem with the management who doesn’t deal with her rude behavior against customers but I guess that’s just American standard. Disgusting.

Rarely have I felt compelled to write a negative review: this post office takes the cake. It has a number of rude to the point of behaving unhinged employees. Her name is India and she just yelled at me and refused to give me a price estimate for a letter that needed to go international mail. At this point another employee realizing how ridiculous, unprofessional and unprovoked her behaviour was, came to assist me. I'm not easily phased but this was an unnecessary vile experience that I didn't need at 9am. The manager was apologetic for his employee's tantrum but I can highly recommend avoid using this location if you can. The first employee dropped me mid transaction after taking a personal call then I got literally yelled by the next one. Seriously dysfunctional branch.

Such awful service. No human decency. Definitely no customer service. I also had an issue with a clerk on 8 who absolutely has an issue with dogs. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Save your energy and walk to another usps In the area.
