Bad customer service, especially from this one lady that comes out to the front from time to time "trying to help customers". She does not know how to speak to people. She have no patience and she does not seem like she wants to be there.

Came for a scheduled passport appointment. I was told to wait for nearly an hour while others went ahead of me. The floor manager told me she would let me know when a window was available for me. I eventually went to a window by myself because she obviously forgot about me. The actual passport process was painless and over in under 30 minutes but I received a letter a few weeks after from the department of travel saying the photo they took at the post office was the wrong size and my application was denied. The workers here do not care about you, or are incompetent, or both.

Everyone who works in that place should be fired, they lost my package second time and lost my mails again and again. Change your employees, stop this lawlessness and start working properly

So many workers but many are heard laughing in the back room, with only one working the front. It’s so slow, literally half hour for one customer to be seen even though I arrived right when they opened. One worker came in 20min late even though post office opens at 9am. Didn’t seem rushed or have a care in the world. Internet is down today so cash only. Very inefficient office- expect to wait on line for a hour at least.
