Dr. Spiers had cancelled my appointments 3 times, the office never called to inform about the cancellation as if I wasn’t busy enough. I’m ten weeks pregnant and I feel completely disoriented, I don’t feel I have a doctor following my case, I have to see a different doctor every time just to go get an earlier appointment.

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Deborah Spiers. The staff and herself were very friendly and very professional. She took her time to listen and answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable. I will be going back to her as my doctor. Thank you for making me feel welcomed.

EDIT UPDATE!!! I finally received a call back from a triage nurse and she explained that their understaffed, my doctor took a emergency leave for a week and my prescription has been sent. I’m thankful for that because i literally been in my bed all week with severe nausea. However I’m DISGUSTED that’s a public review that’s on google expressing what I’ve been going through trying to reach this office nonstop with back to back calls, messages after messages is what got me a call back! If u have enough staff to take the time to check google reviews then there is no reason a call back couldn’t been expedited as well. Especially the amount of calls and messages I left! I no longer feel safe with my heath and my unborn son health in this location’s hands! I will be switching locations permanently! I’m so hurt it took a google review to get a response! It shows a lot from this office! No care at all! Original post. I can never get anyone on the phone or a call back! I’ve been having severe nause and I’ve been trying to get a new prescription for over a week. It’s a shame I have to go drive to the office to get in touch with my doctor . Thank god it wasn’t a emergency!!! They deserve a zero!
