I came to this place on my birthday on May 06 2022. I called and inquired about stretching two with the manager Joe. He replied that those services were free and encouraged me to make a purchase. Which wasn't a problem they did not have the hats I wanted in my size.. But when I arrived the attendees seemed irritated and aloofed. After the service the attendee proceeded to charge me $25.00!!! I informed him that these services were free per Joe. He then reduced the charges to $18.75 for four stretching and one hat cleaning!! I then ask for a receipt but was told that no receipt was giving for those services?? I demanded a receipt and he complied hesitantly. Still the receipt did not match the total cost for the service. I will never patronize this business again and surly place a complaint with the BBB. As this was a awful experience and service by this business
