They helped me with my phone problems but the 2nd time I came in I felt like they wanted to get rid of me. Maybe it depends on who you deal with. In the end my problems got resolved but it took time

Great customer service. We were greeted at the door but everyone was helping someone. The store set up is a bit confusing because we thought the back of the store was for bill payments. However, the young lady that helped us was awesome.
