No running water in the bathroom, No blankets, no hot water

The room door was so hard to open we had to use our body weight to open it. They have no blankets on the bed we have 2 microwaves in our room. Curtains are filthy

Would definitely rate a 0 if I could. Before you even enter the room you have to use all your body weight to just even open the door and from the inside the door doesn’t even lock all the way. Room wasn’t even clean smelled straight cigarettes once I finally got the door open. Bed had hair all over it and I could tell sheets haven’t been changed in a very long time. Stains all over the bathroom door and the ac doesn’t work. Very unprofessional establishment. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

It looks like reviews written on here are for both locations. I reserved the jetted room. When I got there, without asking my name and after stating I had reservations, the receptionist said I didn’t. I told her I talked with her earlier in the week and showed her the number I called and confirmation no. She finally looked and saw that I indeed had a reservation. Went to the room. Wow, no place to hang any clothes, no chair to sit at what looked like a desk. Had to call to get someone to fix TV. The knob was off the dimmer switch. No refrigerator. Holes in the walls. I have spent the same price at other hotels and had nice rooms. I had two nights. I cancelled second night. A friend recommended it. Looked online. The rooms looked nice and there was a swimming pool. No swimming at the location I was at. Never again.
