My visit was very disappointing. They were almost out of doughnuts completely. The store and Parking Lot was very very dirty. There were flies in the store all over the doughnuts that they had left. The Customer Service was very poor. It was a long wait. My experience was horrible. I hate to leave this kind of comment but something needs to be done about the Southfield Telegraph Store. It's awful.

This is the worst coffee ever! I tried this location omw to work for about 2wks. The coffee taste like water with coffee flavoring. They need to change the coffee filter more often instead of continuously adding water

My favorite Dunkin location... the staff is always pleasant and respectful. They work fast and get orders correct.
