This place is full of people that hate their jobs. Don’t even try to say “hello” or “thank you” to the employees (basic civic education) they won’t answer. Next in line, took me 30 min to pick up a package, lady in charge left the place to let a security guy in, the other teller just kept assisting customers on his line and ignored the guy behind me when he asked him if there were 2 different lines. No wonder why they get so many bad reviews complaining about their rude attitude towards customers.

I came to this post office to get information about passport renew and I was helped by this European (Looks like) that try to help me giving me all the information as possible when the other lady (her co-worker) stated involving in the conversation and giving me rude answers and don’t even listen what I was asking. Lady is you having a bad day, it’s not the customers fault. Manager should talk to her. And if there are a good manager there he will find out who is the rude lady!!!

Lynn Ruth and Steve were very professional admist the 5pm closing rush of customers. The manager as well made an appearance to try to mitigate the last minute stressed customers. Some of the customers were rude; typical noise pollution private cell phone (ab)use in public, complete loss of patience. There's suppose to be two lines for different services, but no one seemed to pay any attention to those signs. Perhaps they didnt understand them. Perhaps since this branch opens at 10am they could stay open till 6pm to accommodate the 5pm madness. If I could give 6 stars I would in eternal memory of the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Typically about 2-3 hours or even more depending on where you are in the line and about what time you get there.

It's a part of a shopping center, so you can just park in the lot. Finding a spot right near the post office can be difficult, but depending on the time of day it's not impossible.
