Horrible customer service. People here are so incredibly rude and will be late for appointments. They will also talk down to you and ostracize you if you don’t have the right documents. Avoid this place at ALL costs. Horrible and rude!

Avoid this location at all costs. The other reviewers are correct ... didn't get the person's name who we interacted with but the rudeness and arrogance were off the charts. Clearly knows she cant get fired no matter what happens...

There is no media mail envelope, media mail is a class of mail and the price determined by the weight, charged by pound or fraction there of rounded up.
