Most people are familiar with Westcliff, but Eastcliff is sometimes a hidden gem, so unless you live nearby, you might miss this little spot. It is not as long as Westcliff drive, but you still get a nice beach stroll with some amazing views. There’s not as much foot traffic, either. I love all the stairways down to the water. Getting out here first thing in the morning with the sunrise or last thing at night with the sunset, you won’t be disappointed with this view . I love taking in the fresh air and enjoying the local surfers catch waves. If you are in the neighborhood, you should stop by and take it all in.

It's beautiful as always, but, if you need to use the Restrooms...DON'T. They are not kept clean. Aside from all that, there is a store restaurant combo. Though small, you can order fries and a burger, grab a drink, a sandwich, and other tasty items. If it's chilly out, you can scoot over to the coffee area and grab a cup or even some tea. Don't worry about a sweet tooth, you'll find something inside to fix that too.

Great little surf spot close to Silicon Valley. Get there before 10am to get parking. There’s restrooms, a cafe, a beautiful view from the top of the cliffs. Surfers and people watching, and dogs are allowed on this beach too. I do my painting while I watch the surfers. Not a lot of sand to sit on, on the beach when it’s full tide, so you won’t be able to camp out there all day. Look up the tide report before you go, or sit on the cliffs, there is a ledge half way up you can sit on and chill out.

It was fun to watch the surfers. Not so sure you can just take the family to sit or play on this beach. We stayed all of 15 min. Felt out of place and like a tourist.
