I am tracking a package which is being held up in the brooklyn distrubution center because of an issue. I don't know what the issue is, is there any way I can interven, and how long it will take to get resolved. Please advise. thank you

I work at the dps at forbell i as well had a similiar problem most likely your mail is being looped around it can be either the address or also another package is suspect u need to track n see the exact message they are giving with the package also call the 800 n see

You can call them and speak to a supervisor that may be able to help

I work at a post office plant in Flushing. The only reason they would hold the mail is if it contains cigarette, the package may have gotten damaged, if the shipping label gets wet and can't be read. If your package can still be shipped it may take them a few additional days to get it back in circulation. You can try to call customer service and see if they can help you but I doubt it.

I dont think there's much you can do about it. Sometimes the package is on its way even though the tracking info says it's still in one place, if they don't scan it, you wont be able to know it's whereabouts
