This is my local post office. It is very very busy location. I'm not sure if it's the Branch Manager or Supervisor she is absolutely amazing. The postal workers are keep the line going and wrap you up as quickly as possible. I've have been in that location on the line waiting to send off a package and the mail carrier has come in and took preprinted labels and shorten the line. You can not be a fast paced location by talking to every customer for 30 mins. If they get me out of there in 15 mins, They can say next "Big Head" and I will say "Coming". They are amazing and always willing to help. I've heard them call a few senior citizens by there first name and ask them how is everything going. They get the thumbs up from me.

Customer service could make it a little more comfortable experience. Be more friendly with paying customers.

No, but it is best to go early. There is only one line for passports and they are not quick
3 or 4 Americans stamps should be enough to cover the shipping cost for a regular sized envelope to Guyana.
I go through this all the time with a package I have delivered monthly from Amazon. I call Amazon they are very helpful. This has to be one of the worst post offices. I receive other people's mail, don't receive mail of mine that is important.
Its really difficult cuz no one answer the phone.. Wat u can do is catch your mail carrier dat delivers on your block and ask for infor.. U see sometimes mail is so backed up the mail carrier cant deliver all in 1 day.. Dat being said new mail is mixed with old mail
That I don't know
No
I'm not sure. But they're not that friendly so prepare yourself for rude and mean answers.
The USPS is an integrated systems . It doesn't matter to which one you access to send mail. The rates and process are the same.
No
9 am - 12 noon
Yes
That status likely means your package is enroute.
No. For most post office locations, usually it's mon-fri from about 9am. For this one specifically, it's mon-fri 9am- 3pm, although the whole office closes at 5pm. Theyre very strict on passport closing time so if you come a couple mins after 3pm, they wont take you because the person in the back that processes the passport applications, clocks out at 3pm sharp. Hope this helps.
Did you call the Post Office? Call the Post Office and let them know what he did. See if they can redeliver the package. I know its frustrating!! Call and see what they say.
Try USPS and see what they say, I've never seen anything like the mail service here. You can also call the Postal Inspectors, look up the numbers on Google.
