Like most postal service offices, terrible customer service. The workers at the windows are rude and inconsiderate.

This location currently open M-F 9a-5p, Sat 8a-1p, closed Sun. There is a self-service kiosk here. The postal worker at the counter was super nice and friendly. Not at all how some the older reviews mention. They weren't too busy, and they were efficient. There are indeed two lines, one for passports and one for mailing. They need a stanchion for the sign, but honestly it's not too hard to figure out, as the left window says passports above and everyone in front of it is holding passport paperwork.

This location is THE WORST! Don’t waste your time. They are understaffed, unorganized, and don’t prioritize or honor first come, first serve for customers waiting in line. The manager is also disrespectful and unprofessional. Next time, I’ll go out of my way to go to another post office.

Ok, so if you’re applying for a passport make an appointment but be sure to have your photos already taken care of. Your appointment is really more of a suggested time, you’re still going to wait in line. If you need photos, head across the street to Mubarez travel and they’ll help you out.

Visit and ask 4 the Manager.
Depending on where you live you may need to go to the regional office. You might do best to file a missing mail claim on the USPS website. They will call you with information about your mail or package.
Most businesses have their daily hours, open to close, listed. I was nudging the United States Postal Service to list their current daily schedule.
I don't know 😕
