I have been to this location only a few times. However, the attitudes of the workers are all the same. Very unprofessional and rude! This happens every time I have been there! Just happy I don’t have to do this often.

I have lived in Forest Hills for Decades. This branch has the WORST customer service. It has gotten to a critical level that it is a not fair to those who reside in the neighborhood. It has been like this for years. No attempt has been made to offer professional service. Please, please care about your job performance. You represent the USPS.

I went there on a Thursday Morning around 10:30am and there was no one on line. Only two windows open but as soon as the customer before me walked away the bell rang signally that the clerk is ready for the next person. A very nice lady with an Indian accent, she was friendly and polite. The receipt said Clerk 1 but she for sure wasn’t the first window, more toward the middle. Finally a none horror post office visit

I tried to renew my passport there and the service was very bad. The women on the booth are very rude and passive aggressive and make it clear that they don't want to work there. The ladies behind the counter are beyond mean. Especially the one named MARY.

Do you accept passport application on Saturday?
There's a specific days of the month the post office process passports. On that day, get there early and get a ticket. There's a certain amount of tickets given. Only people with tickets get served.
Post office open at 7.00 A.M. call the post office.
Yes, but do go there early. The line can get very busy.
You can do it both ways. They do have the form you can fill out, or you can go online and fill out the application.
No personal checks
Monday-Friday it is walk in on Saturdays appointment only
Post offices open, so far it seems usual hours. I was at two post offices in the past 2 days.
Current pricing of PO Boxes should be found online at USPS.com. You are able to choose which branch you want a PO box and that will give you choices as to size and pricing for 6 months and annual. You could always walk in and ask but you'll get the same pricing.
I would bring the errant mail to the fh post office and ask for the courier supervisor. If it continues to happen then I would contact the postal service 800 and document a complaint so you can have it escalated much easier if you do not get the results you are looking for for.
It would be in Corona ... Also call the post office number and ask for an option in Spanish
they start 6 am to queue up people... try going to somewhere else... take an appointment on usps website.... much easier and quicker
About ½ mile, about a 15 minute walk max
Also, the time should be from 8am to 3pm.
They only process 25 passports for people a day. An that includes children.
