Very rude lady working today sarcastic mumbles under her breath and rolls her eyes because I had two separate transactions one was for company one was for personal to separate payments traveled to a neighboring town to receive better service. Would not recommend.

Call the Piedmont Post Office to check on the status of a letter I sent to a PO Box Customer there. Gentleman named Bill was quick to take my call and provided helpful info.

Employee was too busy talking on her personal phone in the back for over ten minutes to help the five customers waiting in the lobby until we rang the bell numerous times and managed to get her attention. Once we got her attention service was quick and appropriate.
