They lost my package and when I inquired about it, they kept insisting that it was delivered. They should shut down this post office and, and start from scratch with new people and new management that knows what they are doing.

I love this post office and can’t recommend it enough. I usually try to go in the morning or in the late afternoon to avoid a line. Everyone who works here is very professional and knowledgeable. If you have a shipping label for your package already, you can skip the line and drop it off at the right-most window. Easy peasy! 😊

Staff is lazy, rude, unwilling to help. Take your money elsewhere.

Can one pick up a package they was return to sender at the post office before it leaves
Postal address but thankfully I just walked in and they just did it for me so apparently they do thank you
First off i wouldn't even be calling them i physically go there with the paperwork or tracking number and be like yo the app says it's at my house but it's not so where is it.
its the last window up where the postal clerks wait on customers
They do have drop off but I don't think is 24/7. Bussiness hours only
No it isn't, however, I signed up and have an account. When i purchase online or I am receiving deliveries they send me texts and/or emails. You must set it up that way when you purchase items online. Its like anything else, you have to make sure you set it up so you are notified.
Request a hold on your mail. Your local station gives you a form to fill out and you can pick up your mail at the end of the hold.
Go to your local Post Office inquiry window
The post office opens at 9am. Not sure what time they close. I think 5 or 6.
There are 5 different sizes and you can rent them from 3 months to a year. Prices vary, the cheapest is $11 for the smallest box for 3 months but you have to check your post office to check prices & availability. Also in very rare cases some people are eligible for free P.O. Boxes. Check with your Post Office for eligibility
YES. The mail must go through doesn't matter what holiday it is & weather conditions. Unless it's severe.
Go online and put another mail hold request in. As long as the dates overlap it will be extended. (Provided your local postal workers actually do their job)
No, closest post office that does passport applications is 23rd street.
You're better off saving your time and not calling. This post office is terrible. Plan to spend at least 30 minutes to 1 hour waiting if you're going up to the counter for anything.
