The USPS store was very organized. There are a lot of self-service options. It is much busier than the other USPS in the area. Will recommend going at none peak hours. If it is a shipment have everything ready because this place is pretty fast paced and you may experience delays if not we’ll prepared.

It's ok. It just needs to improve on more attempts to deliver. Especially on the days that I am home.

Poor Service, rude clerks, they don’t follow through with services.

I usually use the post office to drop things off w/postage already paid, and that is super easy.

Because they’re the absolute worst.

Not at all!!! No respect for ppl's mail...its been 3 wks now and I haven't gotten any mails, this is so ridiculous, ordered some products got notification it was delivered and they took it😔😔😔😠😠😠 im going in their ass and demand i get all my mails and stuff
I was 13th in line and 1 hour only 3 people had gotten their packages; I left. I actually have not picked up my packages a few times from there because the experience is so terrible. By far the worst post office i have ever been to.
I have called and e-mailed complaints to post office headquarters to no avail. I think we may need to contact our district assembly repersentive.
I agree they are horrible-lazy, inefficient, disrespectful, rude, lazy, disorganized and slooooowwwww! They, and others within the postal system like them, are the reason that third-party mail carriers are thriving and doing quite well. The United States Postal Service no longer makes their own national and/or international deliveries, but instead uses--you guest it--third-party carriers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS. Go figure.
Who knows. It's like they have a different manager everytime I go.
Yes, most of the workers are pretty decent. I haven't had any problems other than long wait times. Some of the customers are a different story. Good luck.
Yes
Call the main post office 1 800 number ask for the postmaster General and let them know that you will like to file a complaint against that post office and their mail carriers they will also direct you to the the better business bureau to file a complaint .. the better business bureau will keep in touch with you I'll let you know that that post office has been contacted and they will pay close attention and you receiving your mail
Go on usps.com to file a complaint. I'm sorry about your bad experience.
You can either do signature tracking or send it priority because it ensures that the package is scanned at every point. If it has a tracking number then go to the usps website and it should come up
Yes. I've wrapped a package in brown wrapping paper and it was accepted.
When u order, u must say than not to leave package if no answer. This post office leaves packages anywhere, on front steps n just in the hallway of multiple tenants. So unacceptable
I'm not certain but I'm sure that info is listed on their website.
I was literally standing at the pick up window for roughly 20 minutes and all the windows were completely empty.
