A man working here is so insanely rude it’s unbelievable. My fiancé asked for a pen and he turned his back and completely ignored him as he continued to try to get his attention, to the point that his colleague came over and asked him if he was just going to ignore my fiancé and this man said YES. Then he turns and says “we don’t have pens”. His colleague sighed and grabbed a pen and tried to give it to my fiancé and the man tried to STOP her from handing it to him. This was after my fiancé was asking his shipping options for a package and this man got mad at him and said “you don’t know?” Just being absolutely unnecessarily mean and rude as possible, like he was trying to lose his job. And he should.

Worst experience I’ve ever had a USPS. The USPS employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. There was a woman in front of me in line trying to resolve a loss of funding issue (money order) and the employee told her to come back Monday and argue with the employee that made the mistake. I’ve never encountered such a lack of empathy in my life. There was such bad energy at this facility. The employees need customer service training for sure. Shameful. P.s. Do not go to this location if you need to re-new a passport because “they don’t do that here”.
