Worst place every they couldn’t even do their job right. You need to be in person to actually get your packages what a joke. Don’t call a post office if you literally a pick up office instead.

The ladies at the front desk were very sweet! Very quick service as well and honestly loved the service I received!! The sweet lady that helped my sister and I with our passports was great, super sweet & kind! Great customer service overall!!

They don't take passports their camera is broken. They had me waiting on line for 1 hour with two infants and didn't even care to mention to me that their camera is broken. The clerks at this post office are animals. Shame on them, they have no respect for customers whatsoever. Totally miserable people!
I just asked this morning (Sept. 15, 2020) at the Roosevelt Island USPS, and neither this location nor any other USPS offers notary services, although many banks do.
If you come to this post office you'll probably never get it because they are so incompetent here that they'll probably lose your paper work.
