If I could rate a 0 I would. My first time at Majestic Nails this morning was such a painful and traumatic experience. I came in at around 9:40am for a acrylic removal only. As soon as I sat down she proceeded to TRY to remove my set with an acrylic tip by sticking it in between my natural nail and the acrylic I had on. My acrylics were very well applied so she struggled to try and pop them off. I was in pain and she knew because I expressed it yet she continued. My right hand didn’t receive much damage (bleeding from my right thumb only) but my left hand…it’s basically a crime scene. I am surprised I even have nail beds left. My left ring finger got the most damage since it was the hardest to remove. She forcedly tried to jab the tip in there and yank off the acrylic. She tried for so long and with much force that she lifted a piece of my natural nail along with the acrylic. I bleed and it was then when she stopped and decided to soak that ONE nail in acetone to remove it. It burned sooo bad. She proceeded to claim that all of this was normal for a removal and that it’s normal for it to hurt. No it is not. I have never experienced this in my life. I paid $20 to leave with my natural nails torn up. It was so bad that I later went to multiple different salons to try and fix the damage but every single one refused to touch my nails because they were way too damaged and each time I was told I would need to wait at least 2 weeks before doing anything to my nails to let them heal. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO TO A NAIL SALON AND COME OUT WITH THEIR NAILS WORSE THAN THEY WERE WHEN THEY CAME IN. I later called them because I was so upset and they gave the excuse that they charge for service which is why I had to pay $20. Please don’t ever come get your nails done at Majestic Nails. They truly don’t care about the client. Clients are just another dollar sign to them. I never write reviews good or bad but this is pure negligence both from the salon and the tech. First impressions last. I will never be coming back here nor will I ever recommend this salon to anyone. Blacklisted. -10/10

Very disappointed with their customer service. First and last time! I brought my visiting aunt and she only received a polish change for $ 28. She was disappointed. I selected 1 color and received another similar color. After 1st nail was painted I questioned the color and was told it would get darker after 2nd coat. After completion I went to original color chart to show it was not the same color. I was told Tech was given a different number from another collection. They agree to only repaint over the other color. I said that was not acceptable since they made mistake. Then I asked to just paint my toes or take something off original acrylic. They refused. I will not return or recommend their service to anyone!

I definitely enjoy going here. Its very popular so it's best to make appointments but I have walked in several times with a minimal wait time. The atmosphere is great here and everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I have gotten a pedicure several times and its wonderful, the best pedicures I've had so far. I've also gotten a manicure and it was lovely. -Update: I do love the way they do their services, however my mother-in-law and I were just there and we ended up getting charged more than what we came in for and they wouldn't really help us understand or try to fix it
