Lorna is my stylist and she does a fantastic job of making sure that we are on the same page in terms of what I want done with my hair. She explains everything, tells me how long it will take, the cost, and makes sure that I am comfortable with all the aspects. Everyone is really nice and does their best to make sure that you are comfortable. I always feel pampered here.
