DO NOT GO HERE! Pick a different location. The people working here are so mean and unhelpful.

They were very nice. Came on an off time. Not 12-2pm

DON'T USE THIS USPS. Customer service is pathetic. I went to return the parcel and followed the packaging instructions given on the website. The customer service refused to accept it saying I packaged it wrong and asked me to pay money for using their scissor for a mistake I didn't make. I showed them the instructions on the website as proof but they denied.

I'm leaving this comment for Emily who works one of the windows at this location as well as a few other people (Ms. King at 11216 & Ms. Loise at customer service) that went out of their way to help me retrieve a package that was looping from post office to post office even though it was correctly labeled. The package contained a passport with a visa stamp that was sent from the Italian Consulate and was needed for a trip departing in 2 days. I got a message from the post office last week saying that the package was incorrectly addressed and it proceeded to bounce between the 10022 and 10199 post offices. I finally went into the 10022 post office at 8am after being notified that the package was delivered there the night before. At first Emily told me to speak to her supervisor but he showed no concern in trying to help and said I needed to wait for another customer service person to come in around noon. Emily came back over and took my tracking number and address and tracked down my package - it took her 20 minutes and she had to visit multiple floors to find it. When she gave it to me it was CORRECTLY ADDRESSED to 11216! I understand an organization's need for efficiency and processing as many people as possible. Emily could've easily opted to not help and instead deal with the growing line of customers, but she didn't. Instead she listened to my story and reacted to the need that was in front of her with humanity. Too often we see each other as 2D objects: customers and post office clerks rather than human beings and we're so much poorer for it. Thank you Emily for your kindness _/\_
