Do not go to this business...it is not a company focused on patient service but rather a group of pirates accommodating exams to force them to buy glasses... In my case, he told me who examined me incorrectly because it was a driver's license exam that needed glasses for far vision and it turns out that he did not take that test. That's right...he told me either you buy glasses or I won't sign the test for you... I went to another optometrist on the same day and my vision to see far away is super adequate.

I came to this business for a dual exam of prescription glasses and corrective lenses. My experience begins with parking, as it was slim pickings, and very frustrating as it is located in a very busy road. The equipment that the doctors and assistants used were in need of an update. The approach used for contact lenses exam was an approximate per the doctor Louise's measurements for prescription glasses. This had never been the case. The gentleman, Jose, who helped me said they don't use machinery, instead they use humans, not joking. Overall my visit at this facility left me with a bad taste. The staff seems to be overwhelmed and it leaves with a lot to be desired in terms of service. The positive of this place is that if the only thing you're after is a brand name to wear, then they have a wide selection.

This was the most horrible experience I've had in 40 years going for eye exams. I chose Advanced Vision because I got new insurance through VSP and the VSP website said Advanced Vision was a "premiere provider". The exam was fine but the horrible experience began when I wanted to use the insurance benefit to get contacts. Advanced Vision claimed my lenses were priced at 70.00 a box for one eye and 80.00 for the other. The contacts from other providers were almost half the cost. Advance vision over billed my insurance and gave me 1/2 the contacts I should have received. They ever answered my complaint email. Do NOT TRUST THEM. VERY UNETHICAL. You obviously dont understand. You charged my insurance 150.00 for what you gave me was approx. 90.00 worth of product. Other providers would have given me 3 or 4 boxes. That is insurance fraud. It doesnt matter that I paid zero - that is why I pay for vision insurance and also paid you over 100.00 for the exam/fitting. You are unethical and unbelievable. Premiere or platinum - you dont deserve either as VSP has now been informed via my grievance.

Went in to get some glasses adjusted that I had not purchased at their store. Not only were they very courteous and helpful, but they did not charge me!!!
