Usps pretends to deliver but they domt and you end up having to ask for redelivery (and they still dont deliver or even attempt to) especially when its raining! End up missing your delivery when its not your fault and customer service so nasty.
Havent been getting my mail until evening hours and when you ask questions their responce is very nasty!!! The worse!!!!
S. ROBINSON is the supervisor here. S/He sets the tone. S/He is unprofessional and it rubs off on the rest of the staff.
Yes it needs to be reevaluated. Very unprofessional and my building dosent get our mail until 8:00 at night. That's unacceptable

Yes false delivery updates on packages. No notices left. Rude employees. Lacks professionalism. Very long package pick up lines due to lack of organization. Online scheduled pick ups are ignored. Services are refused if they have no change $$
