Absolute Trash of a delivery System, the only reason these people keep their jobs is because of the union. All delivery people should be fired, they NEVER deliver and NEVER held responsible, manager should get fired as well….if you want a job where you do nothing, apply for the usps

Hi, that is so true, they need to hire new and more postal workers for that post office. Packages are never delivered by the postal workers that deliver the mail. Only the postal workers who drive the trucks deliver the mail. Really ridiculous, the wait time and lines at the post office. I hope they make changes to make it better for the public.

It's been like that for years now and I don't think it's going to change anytime soon. Trust me I've gone there so many times and I end up waiting more than 2 hours. My package was stolen on 1/9/2019 it was my daughters cellphone for Christmas and the mailman said he left it with an individual he lied on the report because he never came towards the house to give anyone the package I was waiting for him he just deliver mail and that’s it. When I aasked him the next day he said he left it in the mailbox another lie because the package doesn’t fit in the mailbox and he wrote on his report left it with an individual. Customer service is very unprofessionals and the supervisors are on meeting at all times when problems arise don't showed their faces to resolve any issue. The delivery service is horrible never delivered and keep losing the people packages and marked them as being delivered without doing their job and people have keep traveling there to your package and waiting time OMG 4-5hours. That office need to either be shutdown or have all their employees retrain and replace bse they are very unprofessionals insulting customer, horrible actitud like they don't like their job. So many people out there wanting to work and they have it but don't appreciate it.

Thats not the point. If the postal service is available to us then we should be able to get pkgs at the post office. As I are aware access point is a now thing. And regardless what u are there at the P.O. for the staff member should be a bit more pleasant. And this waiting on line is over the top having to wait for something that the P.O. claims they attempted to deliver.
depends what kind of service are you looking for. if it is a flat rate box no weight necessary all ypu can fit in different size box. if is priority shipping is by weight.
