Horribly slow service. I pre-paid and labeledy packages at home amd I still had to stand in line for over an hour. No drop-off box for big pre‐paid big packages. A nightmare of a station.

I was just there and this lady according to her a supervisor tells me I can’t get my package because I’m Im showing her a picture of my ID because I left since I thought I could just do that . She tells me “ PICK UP TUESDAY “ I work for the city I can’t do that but since is an important package from the city of New York I’ll just tell them what the post office did . Anything happens is their fault & a law suit . The only reason I was here is because nobody knocked on my door or left a notice for me to come and get my package.

Everything done by this post office is slow. Very lackadaisical set of individuals. Plan for an entire day if you plan to do business there.
