This place does anything but help those in need and sadly IMO I believe that my daughters worker "Ms. H" (I will not write out names) has been showing discrimination against her! It is now going on two months that my daughter has repeatedly submitted proof & "Ms. H" still claims she never received it which is a lie!!!! Also, "Ms. H" usually takes up to a week to return my daughters phone calls and clearly does NOT check or listen in full to her messages as my daughter changed her number & IMMEDIATELY contacted "Ms. H" and left multiple messages leaving her the new number and when "Ms. H" finally returned my daughter's call a week later she told her she kept calling the old number!!!!! Are you serious??!! How does this individual keep her job????... because I doubt my daughter is the only one receiving this treatment. So my question is WHY ARE YOU NOT LISTENING TO YOUR MESSAGES FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE APPLICANTS AND IN GREAT NEED OF HELP???!!!! DO YOUR JOB!!!! "Ms. H" finds any reason to prolong my daughter from getting the SNAP help she needs. I am a disabled woman and cannot help support my daughter so when I say that my daughter NEEDS this help I mean it like no words can express. This is unacceptable and has gone on for too long now and something must be done! People need to start standing together and fighting against this type of treatment or this will never end! And as much as I hate to even say this but I believe it is discrimination and I do not ever want to falsely accuse anyone of anything they may not be guilty of and that I have no solid proof of but sadly we have experienced this type of treatment time again in life and so I just feel discrimination is what is happening here because what else can it be?! We certainly do not look white as we are of mixed ethnicity being Italian, Greek Arab (Middle Eastern and North African) and Jewish. It seems that if your skin isn't "white as snow" and your ethnic background is not mostly of white blood then you get pushed to the back of the line most of the time and treated like a second class citizen and get questioned as if you are being interrogated for a capital crime!!!! In the mean time my daughter searches for a job daily and is living off Ramen and Mac & Cheese which more often than not is expired because she can't afford groceries especially now with costs of food being so high. So her food comes from a local pantry where produce is literally 95% spoiled most often and boxed and canned foods are mostly expired! Thank you "Ms. H" for having zero compassion for others who are hurting!!!! I've never in my life seen anything so heartless!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! However, I do want to add that my own worker "Ms. N" is very kind and I've spoken to one other woman there once who was also very kind so of not for her those two individuals I'd say this place is completely useless!!!! Complaints are being filed!!!!

Discontinued my benefits because they claimed they never got my proof of wages or rent agreement when I submitted it the same day as the interview and even called back about it. Never heard back. Way to mess up someone's livelihood.
