They have probably the largest variety in the tri-cities. As such, they are more expensive than most other stores like this in the area. Still, the owner are nice and very quick with help finding items.

The selection of fish varies. They seem to always have lobster, crab, and tilapia. Other varieties of fish are most likely what is available at the time of their orders. Definitely worth checking out. You can't really getting any fresher fish than one that is swimming.
Mustard sure. Pork - they have sauce, pork belly with skin on, lots of great frozen stuff. No hot cooked food that I have seen.

Employees wear masks and they have shields up at the register. Every time I'm there, it's not super busy so it's quite easy to keep at least 6ft from people.

They do! They have the dry, uncooked tapioca balls as well as Bubble tea, which is freshly made.
Those are American "Asian" foods. Since this is a market for actual imported Asian food, your best bet is to go to your local supermarket. You would never find those items in China.
