They are Chinese and are struggling to learn English. They are great people!!
You shouldn't ask someone why they posted a question. Maybe they wanted to know for ease of communication.

Not sure. If you do find out, talk with the female workers. The men are a bit non reactive to customers saying hello to them.
Not meant in that way! I study languages for a hobby and was wondering if I could speak with them or say thank you in their language.
Why? Does it really matter? They are good, industrious people.
