Sounds like you were given the discount already. Sometimes the codes don't go through however. So, it'd be much easier on you to call them to get it all worked out. Just make sure you have all your proof of codes, receipts, etc... ready when you call. They'll be able to help you get everything fixed as advertised if you're prepared with those things when you call. They're a very good business, and thus far I've always been pleased with their customer service etc.. Hope this helps you hun. God bless!
