Fairly fast service upon the first service call but they are vastly overworked and don't have enough resources to respond quickly to customer needs. We waited many weeks for the promised pickup of contaminated material from out septic backup. However Chris eventually followed through but it took a lot of phonecalls and reminders. We then had a repair estimate done after the cleanup and once again have heard nothing back about scheduling the repairs. We went with servpro because they were recommended by the insurance company but not sure I'd recommend them unless you're willing to wait forever for service.

They were very friendly and helpful. We weren't in the house at the time and they did a great job of communicating and taking pictures of the process.

When a severe wind storm toppled a tree on my metal garage building my insurance called servpro to come out and cover the hole in the tin roof because the adjuster couldn't make it out for a week, they came out brought a 20' tarp which they had to use my ladders because they didn't bring one that could reach my 12' roof spent 15 min putting the tarp over 3 pieces of tin and left, sent me and the insurance a bill for invoice # 2223850 $957.34 which the insurance already paid, with scams like that no wonder peoples insurance is so high what a joke...
