I have given 100s of reviews and nearly none of them 1 star. Go check. But they earned this one. We bought a car there Thursday that was Certified. Got it home and found oil leak and damage to underbody. Took it back after holiday on Tuesday and was offered 8K less than purchase price as trade value. That is the kind of thing that has always made folks distrust car dealers. They are standing behind the warranty and agreed to fix the damage but that is not the point. A certified car should not cause a buyer to lose a day off from work dealing with issues that were certified not to exist. Further, if it does... that buyer should not be offered 8K less than purchase 4 days before to get to a vehicle that does not have these issues. Sad to have to go this route but when you are treated with such disdain and lack of any concern for customer experience it is best to share it to help others avoid the same. Certified simply means paying more here. Find a better place to buy.

I can't speak for the SalesDepartment, however, I can speak for the Service Department. In the words of my eight-year-old "Eddie saved us!" We were stranded in our new 2022 Sorrento that broke down 6 hours from home. He took care of us from the time we called him until he handed us the keys back. He kept us informed of everything. You just don't level of service anymore. If I ever find myself in need of an oil change while passing through TN, I know where to go! Thank you,Eddie!
