This place is legitimately never open anymore I have tried for 4 days in a row now to come and every time they are closed even during times which they should be open. Don't waste your time

A bacon cheeseburger, reg fry, and a coke over $13. I never complain about pricing typically but for what I got which was a happy meal quality product. First time today and the last. A lot of other places to eat on Stone dr. Wouldn’t waste my time or money with this place. I didn’t even eat my burger it went in the trash.

We deliver through Door Dash. We seldom have time to answer the phone because we are taking care of our customers in the drive-thru.
Depending on what time of day it is, they could be too busy to answer the phone. I have seen them with a line all the way around the building and out in the street backing up traffic. You have to wait on those customers who are physically there first.
Myself, and the people I know of who have been regular customers for a long time, have stopped going to Purple Cow because of this. The carelessness just blows my mind.

Purple cow service and food quality has suffered drastically since the new owner/new manger has taken over. Chef salad (my favorite that I USED to order 3 days a week) are now about 1/2 the size they used to be. So sad to see this restaurant on a down hill slide.
