Depending on what time of day it is, they could be too busy to answer the phone. I have seen them with a line all the way around the building and out in the street backing up traffic. You have to wait on those customers who are physically there first.

I can tell that it's not because they getting your order correct I had two orders And they just piled everything in 2 bags not cooked right mixed up sides with orders he got some of mine and I got some of his why say 2 orders then or why do your job first time going last time going

Way to busy to answer the phone. Waist of time to call. But the food is worth the line that sometimes is really long. Try the poppers if you do go. GREAT!
