The front desk staff is great, especially Austin. The units are nice, but the appliances need upgrading, especially the washer and dryer. The utility billing service used by the 505 is shady. I have NEVER paid this much for utilities in my life. I think they make these numbers up. They billed me $150 for water which is twice my electric. Parking should be included in the high rent, but no it’s additional $210. All in all, if you must live downtown, it’s a good option. If not, you could get more for your money else where.

I cannot give an honest review of this business since the only place I visited was the parking lot, with that being said the exterior was well kept, the people leaving were very polite. With that being said I will definitely be visiting the interior soon.

parking garage from hell, please note the bumper hanging from the car, everyday i see this …dont move here if you want your car to be in good shape
